Since 1882 the name “Nicholas” has been well known in the Reading area for dealing with the sale of land and property. The business is privately owned and managed on a day to day basis by David Allen, who is very proud of the company’s reputation for professionalism.

The basic philosophy at Nicholas is to maintain high levels of customer care by listening to the needs of our clients through regular communication. Something we do not compromise on.

Our busy sales office, located in Caversham, is run by experienced local staff thus enabling clients to benefit from expert knowledge of both the local and general areas in which we operate.
