Arrange closing inspection and check out at end of tenancy

 

 

Finalise details for the release of the deposit and manage any disputes, plus arrange fix of any dilapidations

 

 

Look to find suitable new tenants prior to expiry of the existing tenancy, thereby minimising void periods
