We offer 4 levels of property management packages for Landlords, plus can create bespoke packages for individual properties if required/requested.

All packages include property valuations and reports, full marketing of properties, accompanied viewings with landlord feedback, tenant referencing and right to rent, contracts and collection of first month’s rent and deposit.

*If you opt for a fully managed package with our Gold or Platinum services, you will benefit from the peace-of-mind that our 24/7 repair reporting system offers. If there is a problem with your property - even out of hours - your tenants can report it online and the property maintenance team will sort it.
